This sterling silver St. Michael EMT medal comes with an 18 inch sterling silver, lite curb chain, is 3/4" X 1/2" and is enclosed in an elegant box. The St. Michael EMT pendant features the angel crushing the devil with a sword upraised. On the back is the EMT symbol with the rod and snakes.
