silver, heavy curb chain. The St. George
medal shows the saint on a horse. This

St. George was a Roman soldier,
but also a secret Christian. The emperor
commanded him to seek out Christian soldiers and kill them. George refused, saying that he was a
Christian. He was tortured and martyred
