Poor Clares of Perpetual Adoration (PCPA).

Accomplishments: Mother Angelica is most recognized as the founder of Our Lady of Angels Monastery in Irondale, Alabama--it's back garage would later become the first studio of her Eternal Word Television Network (EWTN). She continued to be active taping programs there until she suffered several strokes in 2001. She continues to reside at the monastery.
