A native of New Orleans, Kitty Cleveland, has been singing for over 17 years. Her voice, which has a three-octave range, has frequently been likened to a cello: rich, emotive, passionate and lyrical. She has extensive stage experience with the New Orleans Opera, the Jefferson Performing Arts Society, and Tulane Summer Lyric Theater. She was recently nominated for a Big Easy Award for her portrayal of the Mother Abbess in the Tulane production of The Sound of Music. She also sang back-up vocals for Phantom of the Opera soprano Sarah Brightman on the New Orleans leg of her La Luna tour.
With richness and passion Kitty Cleveland gives glory to God in her performance of these beloved sacred arias. As you listen to the beauty with which she sings, you will be carried to a holy place of prayer and reflection. A wonderful gift for lovers of the classics and anyone seeking inspiration.
