Exploring priestly spirituality
Softcover, 172 pages
After reflecting on the sacramental consecration of the priest to Christ, and the role of the priest in the mission of the Church, this book focuses on the special holiness of one who is called to give his life in and for 'the world'. It looks at different aspects of the mediatory role of the priest, and the place of suffering in a priest's life and ministry. It concludes with a reflection on consecrated celibacy as the way of loving that the Church asks of priests.
